At Shawfield Doors we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. 

If you’re not totally happy and wish to return your order, then you can return it to us within 14 days. We allow a 14-day cooling-off period in which you can notify us of your intention to return the item(s), and a further 14-days from this point to send the items back to us. We will give you a full refund back to the same payment method that you used to place the order and ensure that you’re fully satisfied with our resolution.

Please contact us within the timescale for return, return your order back to our store, For an exchange or refund. Provided the goods are received unused and in resellable condition. The buyer is responsible for the delivery and insurance costs of the returned item, and for a restock charge on third-party doors.

Faulty/damaged goods are replaced free of charge. For either a full refund or like for like replacement. Upon either the return of the item or necessary proof. Decided at Shawfield Doors’ discretion. Please firstly send images of the issues and one of our friendly team will be in contact to arrange the return. After you have notified us we will send you a replacement if stock is available. Please note you can only make 1 claim per order, if you receive the entire order and notice further damage to other doors after you have already requested a claim then we will not be liable for this or at the most, you will need to pay the shipping charge, it’s down to you the customer to notify us of all damages for each door at the point of contact, so please ensure to quality check your entire order before you contact us.

Goods supplied incorrectly to order will be replaced by the correct goods. Subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

When returning products, please ensure where possible that before you take them back to the store, or they are collected. Items should be repackaged in a suitable way. Ideally using the original packaging it was delivered in.

We will not accept returns after 28 days, if we do not hear from you within 14 days about your reason for a return then we will assume you were happy with the goods and you have accepted the sale. So please take care to always look at your goods after delivery to make sure you are happy with the purchase, we cannot be held liable for any products that you do not open after the 14 days due to Joiners not fitting it after this timescale if you fit it later and don’t get around to fitting it until after this timescale or any other delays that may prevent you from inspecting it after delivery, it’s your responsibility to follow our returns policy after purchase and we will not be held liable for any late contact about damages, etc,

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt. An email will be sent confirming we have processed the refund. Please allow several days for a refund to process back to your bank, this will depend on whom you bank with.

Non-Returnable Goods. As is the nature of the type of products which we offer here at Shawfield Doors, there are a select few items on which we cannot accept returns. These items are bespoke/special order items and products that have been finished with any of our colour or cutting services. Of course, in cases of faulty or damaged goods, then there will be some circumstances where we may be able to accept a return on these goods.
